Crispy lavash baskets, baked in a muffin tin and filled with tuna, fresh lettuce, radishes and onions. Ideal for a light dinner or a stylish party appetizer. These bite-seized  bijou can be easily adapted by adding avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes or capers.

Products:

2 pcs. Lavash
1 small can of tuna in its own sauce (about 160 g)
1 cup chopped lettuce
4-5 radishes, diced
a few sprigs of spring onion, the green part
fresh dill
1 tbsp. olive oil
the juice of one lemon
salt to taste

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). You can also use an air fryer.
Cut the lavash into squares (about 10×10 cm).
Place one square in each muffin cup to form a basket.
Bake for 7-10 minutes in the oven (4 minutes in the fryer) or until the lavash is golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, mix the tuna (drained), lettuce, radishes, dill and onion. Season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
Fill the cooled baskets with the mixture and serve immediately.
