Products:

  • 2-3 pieces of lavash – depending on the amount of chips you want to make
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • red pepper
  • hot pepper
  • oregano
  • sesame seeds
  • sumac
  • pumpkin seeds

Preparation:

Cut the lavash into various pieces – triangular, rectangular or however you wish. Put the pieces in a bowl and spread the olive oil and then the spices – don’t forget the salt! Mix everything. Spread the well-mixed crackers on baking paper and bake in a moderately heated oven. After 4-5 minutes, stir so that the chips can bake evenly. The crackers are ready to eat as an accompaniment to a snack or just like that.

The types of spices are optional, as you can add or omit any of them.
