Products:

1 package of square lavash
100 grams of homemade lyutenitsa

Preparation:

Using a sharp-edged glass/cup, cut out a circle with a diameter of about 8-10 centimeters.

Then cut long strips of lavash with scissors, which are wide enough so that you can then cut more circles from them.

Place 2-3 strips on top of each other and place the cut circle on them. Cut into squares according to the size of the circle.

After you have cut out all the squares, cut circles from them.

Place 7-8 circles one after the other, overlapping them in half. Then place some lyutenitsa in the middle of the long strip of circles that has formed. Fold them in the middle and roll them up. This forms the flower.

Place the flower in a muffin tin. Bake at 180 degrees for 7 minutes in a deep fryer. If you bake in the oven, the baking time will be a bit longer because it will take time for the oven to heat up.

Bon appetit!
