Products:

1-2 pcs. lavash Dina – round
200 grams of sour cream
3 heads of yellow old onions
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
fresh thyme
black pepper to taste
salt to taste

Preparation:

Cut one lavash to the size of the casserole form in which you will bake the casserole. Form a larger circle so that there is lavash and the height of the dish.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Then fry them briefly in butter.
