Products:
- 300 grams of Lavash ( 1 pack)
- 400 grams of raw pumpkin
- 15 grams of Ceylon cinnamon
- 60 grams of protein isolate with hazelnut flavor
- 50 grams of dried cranberries
- 100 grams of muscovado
- 50 grams of raw walnuts

Preparation:
- Grate the pumpkin. Place it in a deep bowl with the other products. Mix until smooth.
