Products:

  2. 400 grams of raw pumpkin
  3. 15 grams of Ceylon cinnamon
  4. 60 grams of protein isolate with hazelnut flavor

  6. 100 grams of muscovado
  7. 50 grams of raw walnuts

Preparation:
