Products:

  1. One pack of lavash – 5 pieces
  2. 250 grams of sauerkraut
  3. 200 grams of tomato puree
  4. 50 grams of butter
  5. 1/2 stalk of leek
  6. 1 carrot

Preparation:

  1. Cut the sauerkraut, dice the carrot and leek into small pieces.
  2. Put the butter in a deep casserole and let it melt. Then add the finely chopped leek and carrots.
  3. Add the sauerkraut and keep covered for about 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the tomato puree and cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Put two tablespoons of the mixture on a sheet of lavash. Then fold it like a pocket.
  6. Roll up all the lavash sheets in this way. The filling should be evenly distributed for the five pieces in the package.
  7. Fry briefly in a pan that you have previously greased with oil.
  8. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with microgreens and toasted sesame seeds.
