Lavash “pockets” with sauerkraut and vegetables
Products:
- One pack of lavash – 5 pieces
- 250 grams of sauerkraut
- 200 grams of tomato puree
- 50 grams of butter
- 1/2 stalk of leek
- 1 carrot
Preparation:
- Cut the sauerkraut, dice the carrot and leek into small pieces.
- Put the butter in a deep casserole and let it melt. Then add the finely chopped leek and carrots.
- Add the sauerkraut and keep covered for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the tomato puree and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Put two tablespoons of the mixture on a sheet of lavash. Then fold it like a pocket.
- Roll up all the lavash sheets in this way. The filling should be evenly distributed for the five pieces in the package.
- Fry briefly in a pan that you have previously greased with oil.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with microgreens and toasted sesame seeds.
- Enjoy your meal!
