Ingredients:

2 pcs. Lavash

3 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup grated yellow cheese

1 bunch of fresh onion

1/2 bunch of fresh parsley

2 medium-sized broccoli florets, cut into pieces

2-3 tbsp. olive oil

salt to taste

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 C and start by greasing a baking tray with a little olive oil.
Place the lavash in the greased form. You can tear the second lavash in the middle of the tray for more density of the quiche.
For the filling, beat 3 pcs. eggs and add the milk and cottage cheese, mix and add salt. Finely dice the onion and parsley and add them to the mixture.
Pour the mixture over the lavash. Top with the broccoli pieces and shredded Lavash for final touch. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until nicely golden brown. French delight for cold weather to warm your soul.
