Ingredients:

2 pcs. lavash

150 g. pistachio cream

40 g. ground raw pistachios

Preparation:

  1. Spread each lavash with pistachio cream and sprinkle with ground pistachios.
  2. Roll into a tight roll and cut into small pieces. (looking a lot like sushi rolls)
  3. Arrange the pieces on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh milk in a bowl – as a snack or eat them directly.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
