Ingredients:
2 pcs. lavash
150 g. pistachio cream
40 g. ground raw pistachios
Preparation:
- Spread each lavash with pistachio cream and sprinkle with ground pistachios.
- Roll into a tight roll and cut into small pieces. (looking a lot like sushi rolls)
- Arrange the pieces on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
- Serve with fresh milk in a bowl – as a snack or eat them directly.
