Ingredients:

1  wholegrain lavash

80 grams of homemade lyutenitsa

100 grams of yellow cheese

goat cheese

1 red onion

Preparation:

  1. Spread the Lavash with lyutenitsa, leaving the edges ungreased.
  2. Sprinkle grated yellow cheese,  goat cheese and arrange red onion rings on top of the lyutenitsa. Fold the edges of the lavash that remain ungreased and fold them so that a Galette is formed.
  3. Transfer  to a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Enjoy your meal!
