Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of round lavash
  • 300 grams of pork neck
  • 50 grams of mushrooms
  • 2-3 sprigs of green onions
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of processed cheese
  • 80 grams of yellow cheese
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut the meat into pieces, the mushrooms into slices, the green onion into rings.
  2. Fry everything in 1-2 tbs olive oil (or butter) and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Place one lavash on the bottom of a deep baking tray. Put the mixture in the resulting bowl.
  4. Finally, add the cream cheese and grated yellow cheese.
  5. Bake for 4-6 minutes at 200 degrees. You can also use an air fryer.
