Quesadilla with Lavash
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of round lavash
- 300 grams of pork neck
- 50 grams of mushrooms
- 2-3 sprigs of green onions
- 20 grams of butter
- 100 grams of processed cheese
- 80 grams of yellow cheese
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the meat into pieces, the mushrooms into slices, the green onion into rings.
- Fry everything in 1-2 tbs olive oil (or butter) and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Place one lavash on the bottom of a deep baking tray. Put the mixture in the resulting bowl.
- Finally, add the cream cheese and grated yellow cheese.
- Bake for 4-6 minutes at 200 degrees. You can also use an air fryer.
