Ingredients:
2 pcs. lavash
100 grams of watermelon (cut into small circles with a melon spoon)
100 grams of baby mozzarella
1 tablespoon of honey
Optional – fresh mint leaves for decoration
Of course, you can replace the mozzarella with crumbled Bulgarian cheese.
Preparation:
Cut the lavash into four equal squares.
Place the squares in the air fryer basket, pressing them lightly into muffin tins or small bowls to give them shape.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and bake for about 4 minutes, until the baskets are golden and crispy.
When the baskets have cooled, fill them with the watermelon and baby mozzarella pieces.
Drizzle with honey and, if desired, add fresh mint leaves for flavor and color.
