Ingredients:

5 pcs. round lavash (1 package)
2 apples – about 300 g
1 quince – about 150 g
4 teaspoons maple syrup (or honey)
1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
10-15 walnuts
1 egg white for spreading

Preparation:

Cut the apples and quince into small pieces. Leave the fruits unpeeled hence it keeps the dessert with better texture

Put them in a small saucepan on the stove and add the maple syrup.

Keep them on the stove until they soften – around 5 min. Add the cinnamon and stir.

Place the filling and walnuts in the middle of the lavash and fold. Brush with beaten egg white, and sprinkle with brown sugar if desired.

Bake at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

Serve while still warm and enjoy.
