This healthy wrap (or if you prefer – doner) is prepared in minutes, and will fill you up for hours. An ideal idea for a picnic, snack for a long trip to the sea, or just a lunch from home for the office or school.
Ingredients:
2 pieces of lavash
200 grams of chicken fillet
3 large potatoes
30 grams of butter
1 tomato
2-3 lettuce leaves
100 grams of yogurt
30 grams of mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic (if you like)
1/4 teaspoon of dried marjoram (or samardala)
50 grams of Dijon mustard
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into large bites and put them in a bowl together with the mustard. Mix well so that the chicken bites can be seasoned evenly. If you have time, let the chicken marinate and season for about 30 minutes.
Bake the chicken nuggets in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, or bake in a pan.
Cut the potatoes into thin strips and place them in a bowl. Add salt to taste and melted butter to the bowl. Stir well to season the potatoes. Transfer them to the fryer and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
While the nuggets and potatoes are baking, chop the tomato and tear the lettuce.
For the sauce: mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, season with garlic salt, and marjoram to your liking and taste.
Place a 1 piece of lavash on a kitchen counter. Spread the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken nuggets, potatoes, and sauce on it. Fold so that the doner is closed.
Enjoy your meal!
