Toast with Lavash and minced meat
Products:
- 1 pack of Lavash (5 or 6 pcs)
- 100 milliliters of sparkling water
- 500 grams of minced pork
- 100 grams of tomato puree
- 1 sprig of leek
- black pepper to taste
- cumin to taste
Preparation:
- Put the minced meat in a deep bowl.
- Dice the leek finely and add it to the minced meat, along with the tomato puree, the sparkling water and spices.
- Knead the minced meat well.
- Distribute the minced meat in the middle of each sheet of Lavash. Fold the edges towards the middle.
- Grill on a grill pan (oiled) or sandwich maker.
- Enjoy your meal!
