Products:

  1. 1 pack of Lavash (5 or 6 pcs)
  2. 100 milliliters of sparkling water
  3. 500 grams of minced pork
  4. 100 grams of tomato puree
  5. 1 sprig of leek
  6. black pepper to taste
  7. cumin to taste


Preparation:

  1. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl.
  2. Dice the leek finely and add it to the minced meat, along with the tomato puree, the sparkling water and spices.
  3. Knead the minced meat well.
  4. Distribute the minced meat in the middle of each sheet of Lavash. Fold the edges towards the middle.
  5. Grill on a grill pan (oiled) or sandwich maker.
