Ingredients:
1 package of traditional lavash (or 6 pcs)
1 l of milk
80 g of starch
150 g of coconut sugar
200 g of walnuts
Preparation:
Cut the lavash into rectangles.
Bake the cut pieces in an air fryer or in the oven until golden and crispy.
In a large saucepan, mix the milk, starch and coconut sugar. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
If you have a suitable container with removable walls, use it. Otherwise, assemble the cakes separately.
Place a layer of baked lavash, spread cream and sprinkle with ground walnuts. Repeat until you have reached enough layers.
Finish with crushed baked lavash and walnuts.
You can eat the cake immediately if you prefer a crispier dessert, or refrigerate for a few hours so that layers are softened and the flavors are blended well.
Bon appetit!
